Previous Reunions
Feb. -  Reunion Registration deadline was set at July 1, 2005
Fees will remain the same - $ 18.00 before July 1 and $ 20.00 for late Registrations
Don't forget - You will need a Fire Certificate for your marquee and structural drawings if your canvas is over 645 sq. feet in area.  Make sure you submit these WITH your Registration.
Scouts Canada is to clarify eligibility/insurance issues and costs by mid March
Scouts Canada will add Gilwell Reunion info for ALL Reunions in Canada to it's website.
When that happens I will povide a link on this site's Links page to that website page.

April - Criteria for attending the Gilwell Reunion will be the same as last year.

You must be a Gilwellian and be a "Registered member" of an organization recognized by the World Organization of Scouting Movements (WOSM) [ie Scouts Canada, Boy Scouts of America, the Scout Association (UK) etc.] or be a member of a BP Guild or a Gilwell Club, and pay the Reunion Registration fees.

If you are a member of a BP Guild or Gilwell Club only, then an additional fee of $20.00 is applicable.  All monies are to be submitted to The Reunion Committee with your registration forms.

All participants must be members in good standing and only "approved" members will be considered for admittance to the Reunion site.

Please ensure that you include your CORRECT canvas size for your Contingent Marquee on the registration form.... canvas size only, the layout will allow for the guy wires (ropes).
Registration forms, along with Fire Certificates (and structural drawings for tents over 645 sq. ft. in area) should be submitted by July 1.  Additional people can be added at a later date but Control needs the canvas sizes of ALL marquees in order to do the layout map and obtain the building permit.

The Store will be staffed by Nottawasaga Contingent and will feature many NEW items

Here's a listing of Tent Rental Companies, (or tables and Chairs etc.) that rent for the Reunion.

June 25, 2005 - The Spring Log-N-Beads has now been sent out to all Contingent reps.  Registration deadline is still July 1st.   (For any group that has not received them, the Registration Forms are posted below in pdf format.)

Here's the Link to the complete Spring Log-N-Beads as posted to the Scouts Canada website.

A little off topic but considering I canvassed for donations on here I would now like to give a GREAT BIG THANK-YOU to all of you who contributed equipment and etc. for the computer lab at Blue Springs and helped make this a reality.
The Lab is now open and in operation.
It is located in the Nature Centre (trailer) in Blue Heron, near Chickadee.   There are many different programs installed on these computers  including several on Astronomy, Birds, Birding, Bird Calls, Dinosaurs, Endangered Species,  Oceans, Whales and Dolphins etc. etc.  The programs are for various age groups from beaver age on up.  Also included are various encyclopedias and  educational learning games.
